Firstly, let’s lose the labels. No food is inherently good or bad. Enjoying a piece of pie doesn’t make you naughty, and a salad doesn’t make you virtuous. It’s about balance, not a moral scorecard. 🍰🥗

Embrace the flavors without the heavy cloak of guilt by focusing on mindful eating. 🧘‍♀️✨ Savor each bite, feel the textures, and revel in the joy that comes with tasting something delightful. Slow down, let the experience be the treat itself. 🎁

3 things I wish everyone knew before starting a GLP1.
	1. Losing weight fast = losing muscle fast.
GLP1s are an amazing tool and seeing the scale going down is a can feel like a massive win - but you’re usually losing muscle too.
Muscle loss affects energy, metabolism, and long-term success.
	2. Protein is non-negotiable.
When your appetite disappears, your nutrition can too.
You need to get enough protein in so you can maintain your muscles!
