Before your first session, you’ll complete a short screening form so I understand any injuries, preferences (If there are exercises you hate – hello burpees – we’ll work around them), and your training history.
In our first session, we will go through your screening form together, your goals and what you ultimately want to get out of training.
We also go through a basic workout designed for me to see where you are at with your fitness and form.
We can also talk through any more questions you might have, nutrition options and body image support!
After your first session I’ll design workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level.
Sessions are varied and designed to keep you progressing without feeling repetitive or overwhelming.
Together we’ll build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with exercise.
