More than 2 people? It’s just an extra $15/per person, per session

Personal training gives you the structure, support, and accountability to finally feel like it’s working, without extremes or pressure.
I take on a limited number of clients to make sure everyone gets personalised support and only have a few spots available.
If you’re thinking about starting, now is a great time to reach out.
Sessions can be rescheduled* during the same week if a request is made 24hrs prior to the original session.
If you cannot reschedule within the same week the session will be forfeited.
Sessions you cannot attend that are canceled within 24hrs will be forfeited.
If you want to cancel prior to the 12 weeks, there is a 50% fee for all remaining sessions that can be paid in full or over the remaining weeks.
1-week holiday per 12 week period is permitted with 2 weeks notice required.
Your 3-month package will automatically renew unless you advise us otherwise.
2-Weeks notice to cancel personal training sessions is required if you’ve been training for 6+ months. If you’ve been training for less than 6 months, you’re required to pay 50% of your remaining package as per above.
*rescheduling is dependent on your trainer’s availability for the week

Holidays up to 4 weeks long are permitted with 2 weeks notice.

Failed Payments:
If your payments fail more than twice in one week, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for each additional failure. If your payments continue to fail into the next week, you will continue to incur fees.
The administration fee will be taken from your account/card as a separate payment once your normal payment has processed. This will be taken out in bulk (eg. If you’ve had 3 admin fees applied, you’ll be charged $30.00 not $10 three times).
If your payments fail for 2 weeks in a row (You end up 2 weeks behind in payments), your sessions will be suspended until payment for your sessions are made.
This is in addition to any fees charged by Pay Advantage for failed payments.
We offer 3 month packages as we find people get really good results when they train for 3+ months. They have time to see results and work on their body image. On average, most of Actively You’s clients train with us for 6+ months so you’re also getting amazing discounts for training as long as you normally would anyway!
You sure can! All 3 month packages automatically renew. Once you have completed your first 3 months, you can continue on 3-month packages indefinitely!
You’re able to increase the number of sessions you pay for over the three months but not decrease.
You can change to week to week after your 3 month package is complete. You cannot change during your package.
If you live within our listed suburbs, no we don’t – travel is all included.
If you live outside of our listed locations a $5-10 fee per session may apply for up to an additional 15minutes of travel.
If you live further than 15 minutes outside of our listed locations, please contact us & we’ll see if we have any sessions available in your location.
As we are SO selective with our trainers here at Actively You, we like to ensure they are paid well!
Therefore, we pass on 100% of these surcharges to your trainer so that they are always getting paid what they deserve.
