3 Month Packages

Inclusions

✔ Private 45-minute personal training sessions with your dedicated trainer

✔ Nutrition advice based on your goals

✔ Train where you feel most comfortable

✔ Reduced session price

✔ 3-Month commitment to ensure you get the results you want

✔ Besties & Couples Training 45-minute sessions for 2 people with a committed trainer

2 Sessions per week:

One Person: $165/week | Two People: $187/week

3 Sessions Per week:

One Person: $240/week | Two People: $270/week

4 Sessions per week:

One Person: $315/week | Two People: $350/week

5 Sessions per week:

One Person: $380/week | Two People: $430/week

More than 2 people? It’s just an extra $15/per person, per session

Sessions that start before 7:00am or start after 6:30pm incur a $10/session surcharge. 

For sessions outside of our usual travel locations,a travel fee may apply. See FAQ below for more information.

one person sessions:

$99 per session

Two People Sessions:

$116 per session

More than 2 people? It’s just an extra $17/per person, per session

Sessions that start before 7:00am or start after 6:30pm incur a $10/session surcharge.

3 Month Packages

Sessions can be rescheduled* during the same week if a request is made 24hrs prior to the original session. 

If you cannot reschedule within the same week the session will be forfeited.

Sessions you cannot attend that are canceled within 24hrs will be forfeited. 

If you want to cancel prior to the 12 weeks, there is a 50% fee for all remaining sessions that can be paid in full or over the remaining weeks. 

1-week holiday per 12 week period is permitted with 2 weeks notice required. 

Your 3-month package will automatically renew unless you advise us otherwise. 

2-Weeks notice to cancel personal training sessions is required if you’ve been training for 6+ months. If you’ve been training for less than 6 months, you’re required to pay 50% of your remaining package as per above. 

*rescheduling is dependent on your trainer’s availability for the week

Week to Week

If you’d like to cancel your week to week sessions, 2 weeks notice is required.

Holidays up to 4 weeks long are permitted with 2 weeks notice. 

*rescheduling is dependent on your trainers availability for the week

Failed Payments:

If your payments fail more than twice in one week, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for each additional failure. If your payments continue to fail into the next week, you will continue to incur fees.

The administration fee will be taken from your account/card as a separate payment once your normal payment has processed. This will be taken out in bulk (eg. If you’ve had 3 admin fees applied, you’ll be charged $30.00 not $10 three times).

If your payments fail for 2 weeks in a row (You end up 2 weeks behind in payments), your sessions will be suspended until payment for your sessions are made.

This is in addition to any fees charged by Pay Advantage for failed payments. 

Frequently asked questions

Why is it a 3 month minimum?

We offer 3 month packages as we find people get really good results when they train for 3+ months. They have time to see results and work on their body image. On average, most of Actively You’s clients train with us for 6+ months so you’re also getting amazing discounts for training as long as you normally would anyway!

Can I renew a 3-month package?

You sure can! All 3 month packages automatically renew. Once you have completed your first 3 months, you can continue on 3-month packages indefinitely!

Can I change the number of sessions on a 3-month package?

You’re able to increase the number of sessions you pay for over the three months but not decrease.

Can I change from a 3-month package to week to week?

You can change to week to week after your 3 month package is complete. You cannot change during your package.

Do you have any travel fees?

If you live within our listed suburbs, no we don’t – travel is all included. 

If you live outside of our listed locations a $5-10 fee per session may apply for up to an additional 15minutes of travel. 

If you live further than 15 minutes outside of our listed locations, please contact us & we’ll see if we have any sessions available in your location.

Why is there surcharges for early morning / late evening?

As we are SO selective with our trainers here at Actively You, we like to ensure they are paid well!

Therefore, we pass on 100% of these surcharges to your trainer so that they are always getting paid what they deserve.

Everyone says “just start slow.”

But here’s the part they don’t explain…

What’s ‘slow’ for one body can still be WAY too much for another.

Especially after weight loss.
Especially if energy is unpredictable.
Especially if you’ve already been pushing for years.

So you try… You feel wrecked, you still hate it and assume it’s just not for you.

But it’s not you! 

The problem is plans that don’t adapt.
Realistic strength means adjusting *within* the plan,  not quitting it altogether.

I’m on a GLP-1 and I live with chronic fatigue (plus so much more but lets save that for another story!).

If I only trained on “good energy” days… I’d barely move! LITERALLY!

What actually works?
Different workouts for different days. Some days i feel good and i can do strength or a run. Other days it might be pilates or even a stretch. 

I have a plan that adapts to how i’m feeling on any given day.
