Actively You’s trainers will give you guidance, and a nudge in the right direction if you’re not hitting your goals but there is no guilt tripping or yelling here! We want you to enjoy exercising & create a healthy lifestyle you can sustain long term.

My mission is to help you elevate your fitness journey through personalised training with a holistic approach, and a focus on developing a strong, resilient mindset.

By fostering strength, confidence, and a deep self-love, I aim to guide you in feeling truly comfortable in your own body, building both resilience and the mental fortitude to overcome any physical or life challenge.

I grew up immersed in the fitness industry, coming from a family who are all personal trainers and reformer Pilates instructors. Fitness quickly became my passion and transformed my life. I realised it’s so much more than a tool for weight loss—it’s a path to strength, resilience, and mental clarity.

By adopting a holistic and mindful approach, I’ve overcome countless challenges and grown stronger both physically and mentally. This is what I strive to share with my clients every day.

For me, being a Personal Trainer is a fulfilling role to provide a beneficial service to others. I struggled with my weight at a young age and turned to exercise as a stress-relief during University.
