Body Love is designed to be flexible and work for you, no matter how busy you are, and I know you’re super busy! Allow 1-2 hours each week to get through the bite-size lessons (between 5-15 minutes long) and the workouts  (3 x 15min workouts per week are suggested as a minimum). 

Absolutely! Body Love is designed for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, and there are options to modify exercises or movements in the Actively You Fitness Library as needed. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try something new!

If you’re already feeling amazing about your body, have no guilt around food & enjoy exercising, then you already have the transformation that Body Love provides, so you’re probably not going to get a whole lot out of it.

If on the other hand, you still dread movement (like every time!), you still get nervous about eating out, and the negative thoughts about your body plague you more often than not – Body Love will be a great fit for you!

You do need a current Facebook account to be involved in our community. If you don’t have Facebook though, you can still gain access to all the lessons and bonuses!

If you’d like to take advantage of our Fitness Library – I would recommend 2 sets of dumbbells for the workouts. A lighter set (eg. 1-3kg each) and a heavier set (eg. 5-10kg each).

You’re invited to join Body Love for up to 2 weeks risk-free! That’s right, if you get to the end of week 2, you’ve done the work and you’re not feeling more positive about your body and your health, I’ll refund you in full.  

We’re confident that our program will work for you, but we want you to feel completely comfortable with your investment.

Unlike personal training, Body Love takes a holistic approach, addressing both your physical and mental well-being. You have the flexibility to work at your own pace and schedule, accessing program materials and resources whenever and wherever you want. Additionally, you’ll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals, providing continuous support and guidance throughout your journey. With trainers available five days a week, you’ll have ample opportunity to receive assistance and ask questions. Body Love truly offers the best of both worlds.
