Hi, I'm Britt

I’m a personal trainer and body image coach. I help women to stop hating their bodies, stop dieting and start living their happiest and healthiest lives!

I have personally taken myself from hating my body and exercise to enjoying movement, living a diet-free life & being comfortable and happy in my body. 

How?

I lost 20kg (extreme calorie deficit for 12 months) & was the fittest I’d ever been! I thought… “This is amazing! I’m going to help everyone lose weight, just like I did!” 

Flash forward a few more years & I was diagnosed with multiple chronic health conditions. I gained back all the weight I lost & couldn’t exercise much at all.

So I focused on what I could control – how I felt about my body.

I became determined to stop hating my body & start appreciating all the amazing things it could do.
